TC-8 is a HMF
3-way high-quality high-Q project enclosure, available for
mounting in high output arrays. It has a dispersion of
55°(H)×30°(V), and this is almost double of the nominal
coverage of TC-4. With a densified trapezoidal cabinet, it can
be used widely in fixed installation venues requiring both
high quality sound and high-output. Its sound is articulate,
quick, agile and melodious. Incorporated with one 12″ LMF horn
and one 6.5″ HMF horn on the specially-designed
precisely-localized waveguide device and one 1″HF compression
driver on the stelliform-diffusion horn employing the
air-compression technique and aerodynamics theory, the
enclosure can create extra-clean sound without the universal
coloration. Designed to partner withTC-4L, TW-18, TMW-818,
TZW21+TW-25, TC-4L woofer series to form various styles of
perfect large full-range sound reinforcement systems.
The TC-8 has rigging points for fitting M10 eyebolts, enabling
it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations as
well as in mobile applications. A pole mount socket is fitted
for use with Φ35mm pole. The hardware is very reliable, and it
can be used conveniently to form arrays
Made of 15mm(5/8
inch) birch plywood, using heavy-duty screws, the
carefully-made cabinet has outstanding reliability and
durability. The standard cabinet finished in black paint is
equipped with water resistant foam and steel grille in the
front.
For TC-8 applications, special professional
high-quality digital loudspeaker management system with 1
input and 4 output channels is a necessity, and each output
channel must have equalization, delay and limit functions with
at least 5 parameters. |
